EcoDeck was designed to overcome the challenges of creating an exhibit floor that is simple to install, affordable, economical to ship, sturdy and versatile. Made from recycled plastic, EcoDeck is also 100% recyclable. EcoDeck is designed for use in nearly any size booth and is lightweight, but rugged enough to support loads up to 16,000 lbs.

This innovative raised flooring system is made of lightweight recycled plastic and each module is 19-3/4” x 19-3/4” x 1.5” and weighs 5.5 lbs. Modules ship in pre-assembled panels of 4 modules and lock together securely without the use of tools or metal fittings or fasteners.

EcoDeck is simple and quick to assemble. A 1,000 sq. ft. exhibit floor can be assembled by 2 people in 30 minutes. EcoDeck assembly uses no tools (except to attach the finishing frame) and no complicated instructions! EcoDeck modules ship in convenient pallet-sized panels (4 panels), which speeds up installation and dismantles. Panels stack neatly (up to 540 sq. ft. can fit on a standard-size pallet) for transport to your warehouse or next tradeshow. Modules are securely locked together with an innovative plastic connector that securely connects 2 or 4 panels with a single connector piece. Simply lay the panels down and affix the connectors with your hand. Finish the floor with a standard laminate and complete the look and close the open gaps with side panels and aluminum frame edging.

EcoDeck is made of lightweight plastic that is deceptively rugged. Modules weigh only 5.5 lbs each making them easy and safe to handle, but can support up to 16,000 lbs (point load) making EcoDeck sturdy enough to support the weight of trucks, vehicles and heavy-duty equipment. EcoDeck floors are typically 50% lighter than most wood flooring – saving you lots of money when it comes to exhibit transport and drayage costs.

EcoDeck’s intelligent design raises the floor 1.5” from the ground, allowing for over 1” of clear space for cables and wires to run efficiently underneath. Each EcoDeck module has a pop-out drop-hole for flexible cable management. EcoDeck’s optional plastic feet can be affixed to elevate the floor 4” from the ground.
