How will the flooring arrive?
The flooring will arrive on a pallet to the location that you choose. If you ordered any travel cases they will be delivered separately.
Do you have transport cases that will assist me in transporting my floor from one location to another?
Yes. Based on the product that you are purchasing, transportation carts and cases are available to assist. It is also recommended to ship flooring on pallets with your larger exhibit spaces and floors.
How long does it take to install each floor?
It depends on the type of floor and the size of your exhibit space. Look at the product specification pages or contact a customer care representative for more information.
How do I calculate the number of tiles I will need for the Rubber Deck or TimberPro floors?
Click on the calculators included on the product pages (Rubber Deck or TimberPro), or contact a customer care representative to assist.
How long does it take to receive my floor?
Average delivery time for most floors is 3-4 weeks. However if you need your flooring in a shorter amount of time, contact a customer care representative and make sure to indicate the date you need the floor in hand. If the product is available to ship we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.
Do you rent floors?
We are building out our rental system, however at this time we only rent some of our flooring systems in the northeast. Please contact us with questions to see if your flooring needs can be fulfilled with product from our rental stock.

What information do you need to produce a custom rug?
We will need your artwork in photo ready art. In addition we will need to know the PMS colors of each color included. Should this not be available to you, we can match the PMS colors for you for an additional charge. Since everything is custom, contact a customer care representative at 1-800-778-8112 so we can get all the necessary information from you.
Can I customize the wood flooring options?
For larger orders, customization such as logos on tiles can be accommodated. Contact us to learn more about the options available.
What options are available for the raised flooring system? How much weight does it hold?
Our raised flooring system is a fully customized system. They generally hold as much as 7000 lbs per square foot. Ramps, edging, carpet, and turf are all available. Contact a customer care representative to learn more about our capabilities and allow us to match a raised flooring system to your specific needs.
Can I ship the transport carts along with the floor?
The transport carts can be shipped on a truck with the flooring on pallets or you can package in a box. You will have to assemble and disassemble the carts each time utilizing a simple wrench, if you choose to ship it separately from the floor. The carts can also be utilized as a storage and shipping device, by stacking the flooring on the cart, shrink wrapping the floor in place and wrapping with cardboard. This could present a simple solution for moving large flooring systems, utilizing a truck. This option cannot be utilized when shipping via UPS or FedEX, only when moving everything on a truck.
Can I mix and match the different tiles?
You can mix and match colors within flooring systems, however not all flooring systems work together. For any of the raised flooring systems, we recommend utilizing it as a subsurface and adding one of the other flooring options on top. For example, if you are to purchase the SupraDeck system, we encourage purchasing our hardwood flooring, carpet, turf, or Interlocking Carpet Tiles to display on top.
What is the minimum order that you can accommodate?
We have the ability to service any type of order, from a 100 square foot exhibit space on up. For larger orders, please provide advance notice to ensure prompt delivery.
What is the warranty on the flooring?
Each product has a unique manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the exact length of the warranty on each products specifications page. The warranty covers any manufacturer’s defects, but does not cover damage that may occur from misuse.
What do I do if I damage a portion of the flooring? How do I replace? Who do I contact?
The best thing about modular flooring systems is the flexibility you get with them. If you happen to damage a specific tile or part of your floor, it is easy to replace without having to replace the entire flooring system. If this occurs, contact our office and will be able to sell you a replacement piece and quickly get it out to your location. You can then remove the damaged tile and replace with the new one.
How can I become a dealer?
To become a dealer, please contact our dealer channel on 1-800-778-8112. We will be able to discuss the dealer options and assist you in marketing the products to your client list.
What products are best suited for outdoor events?
Most of our flooring systems can be utilized both indoors and outdoors. Take a look at the individual product pages to see the best application for each floor and to determine which product best suits your needs.
