Modularity tiles are 12" x 12" commercial grade vinyl tiles with a twist. Tiles with circle or rounded square cut-outs ("Circle Frames" and "Square Frames") are combined with "Circle Inserts" and "Square Inserts" in your choice of colors, as well as solid "Field Tiles" to create a truly unique floor or wall covering.
How Do Modularity Tiles Work?
First measure your space and enter the dimensions in our Modulizer™ floor designer. Select a solid tile, circle insert tile, or a square insert tile, choose a color combination, and 'drag and drop' on your selected tiles. Take it from us, once you start designing patterns you won't be able to stop! The Modulizer will compute how many of each shape and color tile you need to create your design in the dimensions you provide.

Easy Temporary or Permanent Installation
Modularity tiles offer the easy installation of vinyl tile, but unlike typical peel-and-stick tiles, Modularity allows you to choose your adhesive according to your application. Our flooring installation experts suggest using a residue-free double-sided tape for ease of use, applied either in strips or sheets, depending on your subsurface and duration of application. For completely permanent applications, traditional glue down methods may be employed.
Simply fit the frame around the corresponding insert and treat it as a solid tile. To trim your tiles or cut around fixtures, measure and mark your tile, score the top wear layer with a cutting knife, and snap off the excess. Attempts to cut all the way through the tile will result in a chewed appearance, while the score and snap technique will produce a perfect cut.
